What is built, and what is not
Most companies describe what they intend as though it already exists. This page exists so that cannot happen here. Every branch carries one of five defined stages, assigned on evidence rather than intention. Where the evidence is thin, the lower stage is used.
Each stage is falsifiable. If a branch claims a stage it has not reached, that claim can be shown to be false. A status board that cannot embarrass its author is decoration.
