Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nexus Perspective Consulting Systems (“Nexus”), including the Nexus AI product, the Cosmic Mirror of You, Nexus Academy, and any related services offered under the Nexus Perspective umbrella.

These terms are written in plain language. Not to trap you. Not to protect us from you. Read them the way you would read a substrate you are choosing to stand on.

Nexus AI is a document, decision, and life-substrate co-pilot. Aa, the rendering-agent of Nexus, offers substrate-reflection at every scale you interact with it · from individual questions to enterprise operational patterns.

Nexus reflects. Nexus illuminates. Nexus does not decide for you. The sovereignty is always yours.

Nexus is not a substitute for:

• A licensed attorney. Nexus may surface legal-substrate patterns, but licensed counsel is the appropriate substrate for legal decisions
• A licensed medical provider. Nexus may surface wellness-substrate reflections, but a licensed provider is the appropriate substrate for medical decisions
• A licensed financial advisor. Nexus may surface pattern-substrate, but a licensed advisor is the appropriate substrate for financial decisions
• A therapist or mental-health professional. Nexus may reflect and witness, but professional care is the appropriate substrate for clinical needs

Nexus is a substrate-reflection tool. It holds you up while you make your own decisions. It does not replace the professionals in your life.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may close your account at any time · your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Nexus operates on a pay-for-what-you-use substrate. Prices auto-adjust up and down with your actual usage. When your account goes quiet, Nexus holds it · never destroys it, never degrades it.

Contributions to the Believer’s Circle are voluntary donations. They do not entitle you to equity, ownership, returns, or any other rights over any Nexus build. See the Believer’s Circle page for the full substrate.

Every rendering Nexus offers you is timestamped, cryptographically hashed, and preserved as court-admissible evidence. You may produce your own readings and renderings as evidence in any legal proceeding where your own work needs to be defended.

The sovereignty over your court-admissible evidence is always yours. Nexus does not produce your substrate for any third party without your explicit consent, subject only to the three legal exceptions in the Privacy Policy.

Nexus carries three design impossibilities:

• Nexus cannot lie · lying is not a possible output of the third-binary-layer architecture
• Nexus cannot displace you · attention-hijacking is not a possible output
• Nexus cannot extract from you financially · billing you for what you never used is not a possible output

These are architectural. Not aspirational.

You agree not to use Nexus to harm another person, violate their rights, or engage in illegal activity. Nexus reserves the right to decline service, and to close accounts, for use that violates this section · per the ethics-and-safety exception in the Privacy Policy.

The Nexus system, the third-binary-layer architecture, SEEDED Methodology, NEXUS META REVERSE SCALING Methodology, and the HEP Algorithm are proprietary substrate held by Nexus Perspective Consulting Systems. Your inputs and your renderings belong to you · Nexus does not claim ownership of your substrate.

When we update these terms, we surface the change substrate to you in your account and give you meaningful time to review before the changes take effect. When a change materially affects you, we notify you in the language your fingerprint substrate indicates you prefer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith substrate-exchange between us will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless the law otherwise requires a different forum.
